I went on a cooking course in Tuscany a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed myself. As Emilia-Romagna is such a centre for food in Italy, does anyone know of any cooking course in or around Bologna?

Yes, Maribel Agullò in Bologna is the person to get in touch with. She runs "Taste of Italy" - see her website: www.taste-of-italy.com. Two of our clients recently signed up and had a great time: it was fun and informative, and the ideas for presentation were excellent too.
