Has anyone been keeping an eye on the Italian elections this week? What do you think of the results?

It remains to be seen whether Berlusconi can make a difference in his thrid term of office. He's promised to sort out the refuse problem in Naples and the Alitalia crisis among other issues, which are both deeply entrenched problems, so there are interesting times ahead. What does anyone else think?
