I would like to try long term letting in Le Marche to ensure that the area that we wish to relocate to is suitable for us. Does anyone know where I can get infomation, and is there a website for people who have bought homes for holiday lets that they are now prepared to let out for longer periods for a guaranteed annual income? I have tried every combination of words in search engines but not come up with any infomation!
Thank you

Checked out the ItalianPropertyExperts Website and it is a great source of information for travelers interested in renting or moving to Italy. Renting a Villa each year to the tune of $12,000 to $18,000 a week for a large group, it makes more sense if you travel to Italy each year to rent for 12 months or more..... Looking forward to the new catagory featuring long term renting in Italy.
