There are numerous properties to rent in Italy which are available on the internet. A lot of them cater for large parties and can be quite expensive if there are only 2 - 3 of you. If you like the idea of a beach apartment right next to open countryside, I have an apartment in Le Marche, which I rent out at very reasonable rates. For smaller parties I charge a lower rate.
