Anyone thinking of buying a house in the Chieti region of Abruzzo need to be aware of a few "so called" professionals operating in this area. There is a agent immobiliare called Juan Carlos Corporale who works with REMAX/ABILITY (not to be confused with RE/MAX PEOPLE) in Lanciano who works with a Geomerta called Guiseppe Valerio who has an office in Perano. These 2 men tricked us into having to pay them almost 3000€ for work we never asked them to do and work they never even did. We are in the process of them taking us to court for the money. if you want any more info just ask...we don't want them to do this to anyone else.
