Cooking classes in Tuscany are a great source for accumulating recipies. Another great source is the book I am currently reading, "A Vineyard in Tuscany" by Ferenc Mate. Not only is this book the best I've read about Tuscany but original Tuscan dishes are described in detail. Italia Magazine is also great source.
