Just a quick tip, buy some 15/20 litre plastic containers for storing water (with a secure seal). You are never warned when the water will be turned off until you turn the tap and nothing happens. I felt very pleased with myself this morning when the water was turned off and I was still able to boil a kettle, until I remembered I'd forgotten to buy teabags!
