Is anyone going to the 'la dolce vita show' next week. I am going and would like to get on the cookery masterclass. Does anyone know if you need to book before you go, and who is doing the masterclass? If anyone has been before to the show, i would love to hear what you made of it, and any tips on stands worth visiting. many thanks!!!!!
Hi Did you get to the show/ masterclass in the end? I'd love to know what it's like - missed it this year, but thinking of going along for 2009. What did you think?
Hello DolceVita, sorry I have'nt replied sooner, but have been very busy. I went to the show with my daughter Angela, we had a fantastic time. Enjoyed all the food stalls, and tastings, got lots of infomation on 'Le Marche'. The fashion show shows were excellent, and I thought this years food hall seemed better than ever, also the entertainment . We didn't get to do a masterclass, we tried to book up before we went, but couldn't book tickets, the web site wasn't that good, and did'nt allow you to book in advance, so we missed out. We got to see Valantina Harris, Gino D'Campo ( who by the way was very good looking in the flesh and very charming!!) and Aldo Zilli. The one thing that I thought was not as good, is that they never did any cookery demonstrations, which was very disappointing!! But overall I think that the show had improved since the last show I went to two year's ago.
Thanks for letting me know. Sounds great. Definitely going to give it a go next year - especially for all that food!
